Aflac benefits (Accidental & Cancer Indemnity Plans) provide protection against lost income and “out-of-pocket” expenses associated with a serious illness or injury. Aflac also offers Life Insurance options, which are available in addition to JRC's life insurance policy. Complete plan descriptions offered through Aflac are available in the Human Resource Department.

Cost of Benefit:

All Aflac plans are available through payroll deduction and are fully portable.

Eligibility:

In order to be eligible, employees must work at least 20 hours per week and must have completed 60 days of continuous service.
