This benefit allows employees to have tax deductible payments made directly to the day care provider with a cap of $5000 dollars per year.
Full and part time employees are eligible to participate in our Dependant Care Assistant Program if you are at least 21 years old, have completed one year of service with JRC prior to January 1 and be providing care for a dependent who is under the age of 13 or for a spouse or a dependent who is physically or mentally incapable of taking care of him/herself.
