JRC offers paid time off for 12 holidays each year. Paid holidays are:
Because of the nature of our programs, JRC may find it necessary to require that you work on a holiday. Hourly employees who work on a holiday will be paid their holiday pay and their regular pay for all hours worked. Staff will be given holidays off based on the position they occupy. You must work on the holiday if so scheduled or requested.
Full time and part time employees are eligible for holiday pay after six months of employment.
