JRC offers its employees a life insurance policy. This life insurance plan provides financial protection for your beneficiaries by paying a benefit in the event of your death. The benefit amount is equal to your annual salary with a maximum cap of $50,000.
In order to be eligible, employees must work at least 30 hours per week and must have completed a six-month probation period. A letter is sent by mail congratulating the employee on their six month anniversary and the appropriate paperwork.
