JRC offers a Long Term Disability Insurance Plan. This coverage replaces a monthly percentage of your income if you can’t work. JRC pays for 100% of this benefit. This plan covers 60% of the employee’s monthly earnings up to a maximum of $6000 a month.

Eligibility:

Employees working at least 30 hours per week are eligible beginning the first of the month following six months of continuous service. A letter is sent by mail congratulating the employee on their six month anniversary and informing them of their eligibility.
