JRC currently offers HMO Blue New England $1000 Deductible, HMO Blue New England Premier Value and Blue Care Elect Enhanced Value to all full and part-time employees working a minimum of 20 hours per week.

HMO Blue New England offers comprehensive coverage with the simplicity of co-payments for all covered medical services to include office visits, emergency room care and pharmacy prescriptions.

**Detailed plan designs are available in the Human Resource Department.

Eligibility:

Medical coverage will commence on the first of the month following 60 days of continuous service. You must be an active employee of the Judge Rotenberg Center at the time your medical coverage becomes effective.

**Eligibility notices are sent to benefit-eligible employees’ home addresses and online mailboxes specifying their effective dates of coverage.

JRC makes available to all full and part-time employees working a minimum of 20 hours per week the opportunity to enroll in a plan offering vision care benefits through Vision Service Plan Insurance Company (VSP). A complete plan description is available in the Human Resource Department.

Cost of Benefit:

In order to be eligible, employees must work at least 20 hours per week and must have completed 60 days of continuous service.
